Of the many brands of tile adhesive, two brands are outstanding, which are Building Adhesives Ltd. and Mapei.
Building Adhesives Ltd is a British company which has over 35 years experience in the development and manufacture of a range of ancillary products. Some of their most popular products are BAL Wall White Star ready mixed wall tile adhesive and BAL Fastflex, a two- part adhesive that allows tiling direct onto floorboards.

Mapei is an Italian company with a manufacturing plant in England and was founded in 1937 in Milan and is today the largest producer worldwide of adhesives for the building industry.
Some of their most popular products are Keraquick and Kerabond cement- based adhesive for ceramic floor tiles and Isolastic flexible latex additive which can be added to Kerabond or Kerafloor to add flexibility. Also Keraquick Plus flexible latex additive which can be added to Keraquick for underfloor heating adhesive. Also Ultra-Plan Eco, a leveling compound onto concrete, suitable for underfloor heating.
